The Universal Impact Factor is a measure of the frequency with which the "average article" in a journal has been cited in a given period of time. The impact factor is used as standard dimension and the relative importance of a scientific journal within its field. The Universal Impact Factor is calculated by several scientific methods. Welcome to Universal Impact Factor

Authors and research scholars normally want to obtain quantitative measures of journals' quality and to know how different journals compare as related to these measures. The Universal Imfact Factor, a number calculated annually for each scientific journal based on the average number of times its articles have been referenced in other articles, is not intended to be used to evaluate individual scientists, but rather as a measure of journal quality. The impact factor is used for comparing different journals within a certain field. The impact factor is dependent on discipline because of the speed with which papers get cited in a field.

About Journal :The Bulletin of Dnipropetrovsk University. Series: “Communications in Mathematical Modeling and Differential Equations Theory” (shortly “BDU-Modelling”) is concerned with the theory and the application of partial differential equations, dynamical systems, optimal control theory and other related topics. The goal is to provide a complete and reliable source of mathematical methods and results in this field. The journal will also accept papers from some related fields such as functional analysis, probability theory and stochastic analysis, inverse problems, optimization, numerical computation, mathematical finance, game theory, system theory, etc., provided that they have some intrinsic connections with control theory and differential equations. The articles published are addressed not only to mathematicians but also to those engineers, physicists, and other scientists for whom differential equations are valuable research tools. To be published in this journal, an original paper must be correct, new, nontrivial and of interesting to readers. BDU-Modelling is a yearly publication. It is edited by a group of international leading experts in mathematical control theory and related fields. A key feature of BDU-Modelling is the journal's rapid publication, with a special emphasis on the highest scientific standard. The journal is essential reading for scientists and researchers who wish to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field. BDU-Modelling is a publication of the DnipropetrovskNationalUniversity. The journal had been founded in 2009 for researchers and students in the field of mathematics.
